T’puram: Woman with fake passport arrested

Friday, April 6, 2012: Immigration officials at Thiruvananthapuram airport on Friday arrested a 34-year-old woman for travelling on fake passport.
The woman, identified as Maya of Kottayam district, had gone to Kuwait on visa but she lost her passport in 2009 and obtained the fake passport there, police said.
Maya, who worked as a domestic help when she was in Kuwait, was later handed over to the Valiyathura police.
