Rain occurred at isolated places in Kerala


Saturday, April 14, 2012: Rain occurred at isolated places in Kerala and dry weather prevailed over Lakshadweep.
Aryankavu (Kollam district) reported a rainfall of 1 cm. Maximum temperature rose in Thrissur district, fell in Alappuzha district, was appreciably above normal in Kozhikode district, above normal in Kannur district and changed little in the remaining districts. Vellanikkara recorded the highest maximum temperature of 37 degree Celsius.
Rain/thundershower will occur at isolated places in Kerala. Mainly dry weather will prevail over Lakshadweep. Partly cloudy sky with a spell of shower/thundershower. No significant change is expected in
maximum temperature which will be around 34 degree Celsius.
