Mullaperiyar: SC appointed panel meeting gets underway

Sunday, April 22, 2012: The SC appointed empowered panel on Mullaperiyar dam issue began its final meeting in Delhi today with a view to prepare final draft that is to be submitted to the SC.
Justice KT Thomas is representing Kerala and Justice AR Lakshmanan has been representing TN. They would report in negative if the report were not acceptable to respective states.
