KC Rosakutty takes charge as chairperson of KSWC

 Wednesday, April 4, 2012: K.C Rosakutty took charge on Wednesday as Chairperson of Kerala State Women’s Commission(KSWC).
She was the former Congress MLA of Wayanad.
Talking to mediapersons, she said that she will give prime importance to uplift the marginalised sections of women.
‘Though we have many laws and Acts, including the Dowry Prohibition Act, to curb atrocities against women, we could not implement them properly so far’, she added.
