Home not to appease NSS, says Thiruvanchoor

KOTTAYAM: The home department was not offered to me to appease the NSS, said Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan. Addressing a face to face programme at the Kottayam Press Club, he said Congress respects the political stand of the NSS and welcomes their political decisions. In a united front, everyone should work unitedly.


Former minister M Vijaya Kumar is not the spokesperson of the NSS. He rubbished the statement regarding government’s pride after the victory of the UDF in the Piravom bypoll.


The aim of the government is to modernize the police. 10 coastal police stations will be launched to strength the safety of the coastal areas. Crime and criminal daily network system will be started so that criminals will not escape.


The government has certain limitations to intervene in PDP chairman Abdul Nazar Madhani’s issue.
