Friday, 13 April ,2012:Chief Minister Oommen Chandy today handed over appointment order to the brother of Soumya, a 23-year-old woman was brutally raped after she was pushed out of a moving train near Shoranur.Soumya’s brother got appointment as last grade assistant in the revenue department.
The Government decided to offer him a job as the one promised by the railways has not been materialized so far.
