Bodies recovered

THRISSUR: The bodies of two youths who drowned in the Chalakudy river near Athirappilly here were recovered on Friday. Payiparambil Varghese, 30, and Moolamkuzhy Shibu, 30, both from Ernakulam, were swept away in a heavy water current while they were taking bath in the river on Thursday evening. The youths were working as drivers for a dance troupe based in Kochi, who came for a picnic to Athirappilly.
