Thursday, January 05, 2012: The state government on Thursday effected a major reshuffle in state police administration. Venugopal K Nair will be appointed as the Vigilance director; T.P. Senkumar will be given charge as Intelligence chief.A Hemachandran will be appointed as the Transport commissioner; Manoj Abraham will be given charge as the IG of police headquarters.
Meanwhile Gopinathan will be given charge as the Thrissur range IG; R Sreelekha will be appointed as Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) of armed police training wing, Mahesh Kumar Singla will be given charge as ADGP of armed police wing.
