Friday, 06 January 2012: KPCC president Ramesh Chennithala today expressed his opposition to the cabinet decision which favoured joint control mechanism for the proposed new Mullaperiyar dam.
The decision is against the all-party meet and he does not know how the cabinet arrived at such a stance, Chennithala told media persons in Kochi.
