Friday, 09 December 2011: Water Resources Minister PJ Joseph today said that he would undertake a fast-unto-death at Rajghat if the Mullaperiyar issue is not solved.He announced his fast at the special assembly session convened to discuss the Mullaperiyar issue. When Speaker G Karthikeyan said this is not the place to announce the fast then Joseph apologised for it.
