Friday, August 5, 2011: Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and Health Minister Adoor Prakash said on Friday that the government hasn’t signed any secret deal with self financing medical managements. Talking to reporters here, Chandy said that news about the deal is only media created. Minister Adoor Prakash said they cannot approve to all the demands put forward by them and reiterated that they haven’t made a secret deal.
Reports said the government had signed a secret deal in connection with this year’s admissions to self financing medical managements. As per the secret deal, Rs 450,000 would be the fees for all seats.
