KOCHI: Numerous agitations, rallies and signature campaigns in support of Anna Hazare is a common scene in the city now. Though the main scene of Anna Hazare’s campaign is happening at Ramlila Maidan in New Delhi, the same heat is seen here also.Anti-Corruption People’s Movement organised a rally on Saturday starting from Gandhi Bhavan, Kacherippady, to Gandhi statue near BTH hotel. Hundreds of people took part in the rally.
The rally concluded asking the participation of school and college students. The volunteers from Art of Living, Ernakulam Merchants Association, National Ex-servicemen Coordination Committee, Bharat Vikas Parishad and Ernakulam Karayogam took part in the rally. VPG Marar led the fasting on Saturday along with VG Padmajam, Mallika VK, P Komalavally, Indira Radhakrishanan and Jayanti M Shenai.
