Tuesday, August 09, 2011: The Kerala High Court reserved its verdict on a petition filed against the Kerala Private Medical College Management Association (KPMCMA) to conduct its own entrance test for admission to MBBS course under its colleges.
Justice Antony Dominic reserved the order after the conclusion of the argument on the petition by P Amina Nahna of Kozhikode.
The court orally pulled up the committee for committing procedural irregularities regarding approval of the management’s test. The court orally observed that the lapse of the committee had affected the future of around 14,000 students in the state. The committee had remained helpless spectator in the whole proceedings.
