DYFI hits out at Pariyaram

June 11, 2011: DYFI state secretary T V Rajesh said that the Pariyaram ruling committee has committed a mistake in the admission to self-financing colleges. Rajesh wanted the management to correct the mistake. Rajesh also made it clear that their stand is against that taken by the chairman of the ruling committee M V Jayarajan. He said DYFI would welcome the move by the government to take over the Pariyaram College.
Rajesh said DYFI state treasurer V V Ramesan gave up the PG seat of his daughter on moral and political grounds. Remesan failed to pay attention needed by a public servant in this issue. DYFI has been viewing the allegation against the assets of Ramesan seriously.
He said the state committee would hold a detailed discussion on this. Rajesh alleged that at the same time there are efforts to malign the Pariyaram Medical College. He said the inter-church council must issue a white paper on the admissions they have conducted in self-financing colleges during the last four years.
